Change Status > Registrant: LastName, FirstName > Current Status: CurrStatus

The Change Status > Registrant: LastName, FirstName > Current Status: CurrStatus page allows authorized personnel to view a Registrant's information, status, and deployment history. This page also allows authorized users to change a Registrant's status, open the Admin Tracking page for the Registrant, and add the "Review-HEC" Administrative Flag to the Registrant's record.

Note: -_The LastName and FirstName variables correspond to the user's first and last names that are recorded in their account information. The CurrStatus variable corresponds the user's current status in the AHOBPR Clinical Portal.

ClosedChange a Registrant's Status

  1. In the Change Status section, select the radio button that corresponds to the status that will be assigned to the Registrant.

  2. Click the Change Status button.

    The system displays a message prompting you to confirm the status change.

    WARNING! -_Verify the status change as necessary, as this change cannot be undone once it has been made in the system.

  3. Click OKto change the Registrant's status. Otherwise, click Cancel.

    The system displays a message confirming that the change was made successfully, sends an e-mail to the Registrant (if they have an e-mail registered in the system), and sets an Administrative Flag for the Registrant.

    Note: -_The Administrative Flag will be in the form of Status Change: Previous_Status to New_Status (Date_TimeStamp). For example, if the Registrant's deployments had already been verified by the VA, and a user changed the status of the Registrant to Participant, the Administrative Flag on their record might appear as follows:

ClosedTrack Administrative Actions for the Registrant

  1. Click the Go to Admin Tracking button.

    The Registrants > Registrant: LastName, FirstName > Admin Tracking page displays.

  2. Use the Admin Flag dropdown to select the appropriate Administrative Flag to add to the Registrant's record.
  3. Click the Add button.

    The system displays a confirmation that the Administrative Flag was successfully removed from the Registrant's record.

  4. Click OK.

ClosedAdd the "Review-HEC: Administrative Flag to a Registrant Record

  1. Click the Add "Review-HEC" Admin Flagbutton.

    The system displays a prompt that confirms that the Administrative Flag was added successfully.

  2. Click OK.

ClosedView All Registrant Information

  1. In the Registrant Information section, click the View All Registrant Information link.

  2. To view the Registrant's contact information, select the View Contact History checkbox.

    The Registrant's contact information displays at the bottom of the page.

ClosedView Questionnaire PDF

Click the Questionnaire PDF button to view all Questionnaire questions and responses for the Registrant in PDF format.

A new tab opens in your Web browser containing a PDF with the Registrant’s responses to the questions in addition to their name, SSN, EDIPI number, Service Status, Registry Status, and the dates on which they started and completed the Questionnaire.

Note: -_Help Desk users cannot view the Questionnaire PDF, so the Questionnaire PDF button is not displayed.

ClosedView Deployment History

If the Registrant has eligible deployment history available in the system, select the View Deployment History checkbox to display the information.
